Hi there! I'm Laura, a Personal Trainer and Coach based in the Dublin Area. I'm in my 30s and originally from México. It's great to meet you!

If there's one thing that I've learned from my career journey is: we are ever changing, evolving, and reinventing ourselves ✨.

I was a professional dancer and coach for 6+ years before transitioning to a 7-year career in corporate tech. I've now found my passion in the fitness industry and have been happily coaching at a gym studio for a year.

The key is to ask yourself - "Where do I want to go next and who do you want to become?". Then grab the reins, make a plan, and get ready for the ride!

I fell in love with fitness 4 years ago during the pandemic - I know, how original right!? Long hours at my desk started to take a toll. I felt less confident in my body due to some weight gain, mentally exhausted, and I was losing mobility and flexibility from my dancing days. Movement is a big part of who I am, so I just didn't feel like myself.

I started working out at home with just a pair of 5kg dumbbells. My curiosity kicked in and I found myself exploring various training styles and tons of fitness apps. I opened a fitness Instagram account to keep myself motivated and learned more about nutrition and strength training.

I realize now that tiny tweaks can lead to giant peaks. I kept getting stronger and started to see more lean muscle. I felt so much more confident in myself and my ability to do hard things. I was often amazed by our bodies' ability to adapt and keep growing! 

Exercise became more than just a way to achieve the body I wanted; it became a tool to build mind & body connection, learn new things, and foster better habits while getting stronger and living healthier.

My goal is to help YOU discover the joy of investing in yourself, believing in your potential, and becoming the person you’ve always wanted to be!
